Sincerity- Use no hurtful deceit; think innocently and justly, and if you speak, speak accordingly. For my virtue i chose sincerity. Sincerity is basically saying to treat other the way you want to be treated. To speak innocently and justly means that if you font have anything nice to say dont say anything at all and don't lie. Speak accordingly is to just be repsectful to other people with what you say and your tone of voice. I need to work on being nice to people. Although, it's really their fault because they should know ho wmy temper is to not bother me but they do anyways.
I will work on perfecting this virtue by saying only nice things to people no matter how annoying they are. I won't talk about what people say or do because they might not know that they look or sound stupid. I will think before I speak and when I do speak it will only be good things. People say that I'm mean sometimes so being nicer could possibly get people to stop saying that because im really not mean. i'm just harsh. If you ask me a question i am going to give you an honest answer reagradless if its going to hurt your feelings. im just honest. I'm trying.

Sincerity is not going pretty well. I been watching what i have been saying to people and I've taken the initiative to go to those who i have hurt and apologize to them. I think thats a step up in perfecting myself with sincerity. I really havent been being any nicer to people than usual. Im the same as I've always been. However, i'm trying to improve on myself.
Update #2-
Today i practiced sincerity. I spoke very nicely to the pastor at my church. Because he is a hypocrit(sp), I find it hard to be nice to him. He always loves to choose favorties and I happen to be his favorit of the month. Lucky,lucky me! So, to practice sincerity, when anyone at church spoke to me I spoke back to them with respect. Which, I usually do. Sincerity is not the easy for me,on the count that I am very honest with people. To be honest means to be truthful which sometimes causes you to hurt peoples feelings. With that, I could be speaking using hurtful deceit. But, I'll do better. For example, the other day my friend asked me did I like her hair. I didnt want to hurt her feelings but tracks are not really my thing. So i told her the truth, no i didnt like her hair. She got mad but she got over it because she asked. Sorry for her feelings i guess.
